A successful production relies on volunteers with diverse skills to collaboratively create a cohesive and engaging experience. No experience? No problem! Production Planning & Education - Sets the season calendar and productions, coordinates our annual summer education programs, and provides logistical and liaison support to productions throughout the season.
Marketing - Helps spread the word about our programs, events, and productions.
Volunteers & Events - Supports our thriving community of volunteers through education, training, and coordination. Also plans events for the organization.
Fundraising - Secures the financial resources needed to support the theatre's operations, programs, and productions.
Governance - Oversees the organization's compliance with its bylaws and policies, recruits and develops board members, and ensures effective leadership succession.
Facilities - Oversees the operation and maintenance of the theatre building and its assets.
Finance - Helps ensure the financial health of the theatre by overseeing budgets, tracking income and expenses, and providing guidance on responsible financial planning and fundraising efforts.
