Prairie Players Civic Theatre’s Youth Theatre Camp and Summer Parks Tour

Looking for a fun activity for students going into third through eighth grades?
For three weeks Prairie Players Summer Campers will experience all areas of
theatre arts while preparing for five performances of the production, Under the
Big Top.
The children’s show will tour Galesburg city parks during the week of July 5th.

Thanks to a grant from the city of Galesburg, and a donation from the Sunrise
Rotary Club, the cost of tuition is only $10 per student. Participants will work as a
team while learning stagecraft and acting skills. Classes will meet at the Prairie
Players theatre building at 160 S.Seminary Street and in the Community Room at
Sandburg Mall.

Monday-Thursday afternoons 12:45-3:00

June 14-17 June 21-24 June 28-July 1

Performances the week of July 5th
For students entering 3rd grade through 8th grade for the 2010-2011 school year.
Cost $10 (includes Camp T-Shirt) Payment due with registration form

Class size is limited to 25 students. Registration is on a first received basis.
