A recent private event required a party atmosphere! It's no problem for us!

Base Rental
Lobby Only: $100
Theatre/Lobby: $250

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Base Rental
Lobby Only: $250
Theatre/Lobby: $400

Base rental includes 14 round tables, 4-5 long tables,
100 chairs and a small
stage if the theatre is being used.
Rental includes 5 hours that include the
set up and tear down for the event.
Additional hours can be negotiated.

Additional Services:
Basic Tech Fee: $50
Expanded Tech Package: $200
Projector and Screen: $25
White Table Cloths: $25
Set Up/Strike Service: $100

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is
required to reserve the space for your event.

A representative will meet with you prior
to the event to go over additional details.
