1915 - November 1 Prairie Playhouse founded by Jess Crafton
1958 - Prairie Players incorporated as a Not-for-Profit Organization.
1968 - PPCT purchases Losey Street church for a performance facility.
1978 - PPCT starts Dinner Theater program.
1979 - PPCT starts a Children's Theater program.
1980 - Mimicus - a mime and improvisation group starts.
1983 - Kerasotes contacts PPCT to accept the Orpheum as a gift
1983 - PPCT starts to raise funds to save Orpheum from demolition.
1984 - T.O.T.E - Take Out Theater Entertainmnet begins.
1984 - PPCT transfers funds to Orpheum Project for feasibility study.
1988 - PPCT assumes Orpheum management.
1988 - 2001 - PPCT produces about 65 shows for the community.
1994 - PPCT produces CSPAN Lincoln/Douglas Debates for Galesburg.
1999 - Camp Orpheum, Summer camp for K-12 students begins.
2001 - PPCT passes Orpheum management to Civic Center Authority.
2007 - PPCT buys 160 S. Seminary Street for a performance facility.
